does it matter if you use chewables vs tablet vitamins? tablets are a lot cheaper than chewables.

Other than the early period post-op when swallowing pills can be (and often is) difficult/uncomfortable, then no - go for what works for you.

I prefer chewable or sub-lingual except for calcium.  I was on liquid calcium citrate until the stricture was fixed.  Now I take the Kirkland calcium citrate, solid tablets and good price.

thanks, I will probably switch to the centrum tablets, they are a lot cheaper. 

I will look at the Kirkland vitamins, I already use Kirkland d3 & b-12

Just make sure the calcium is calcium citrate.  I swallow all except the B12.  Cheaper:).

I hated the chewables and only did them for the first month.  After that, I went to capsules (multi, Vit D), tablets (calcium) and sublingual (B12).
