Bruising?

I've been following Hal Higdon's 5K walking program and noticed a lot of bruises on my legs. Maybe three or four show up and fade each week.

A friend said it was broken capillaries from working out. Has anyone else had that happen?

I would ask your dr. I worked out a lot when I was 310 and I never had that problem.
