I did it. I got to 100 lost and have maintained for a few days so it's starting to feel more real.

I'm trying really hard to be proud of myself at each stage and not just deflect the compliments and think about the 100+ left to lose.

Next up is weighing less than my husband! Only 7 pounds to go. Then getting out of the 300's.

Super proud of you! It is not as easy as people think despite having the surgeey but it helps a lot. I am down 97 want so bad to get to that 100 mark BUT I have stalled for months now. Maybe 3 months or more no loss despite watching calorie protein and carb intake. I exercise every other day. Any help in overcoming a stall for this long. I don't want to lose hope. I have another 50 to go. Any help would be most appreciated.

Thanks! I don't have experience with stalling that long, but have you tried increasing your calories for a few days? Sometimes getting out of the same routine is enough to jump start things again. Or cutting carbs. I tend to go 10 days bouncing around the same two pounds then drop 4-5 in a few days.

It's weird, but it's working! Good luck.
