When you use the Vegetti it poops out spirals on the other end. I want to invent a tool that can make all spirals. The texture of those little nuggets is divine and would make an awesome Greek "pasta" salad.

Clicky said Poop......Clicky said Poop......LOL....wow...am I silly this morning.

I am navigating around as I need fresh meal ideas....

Come on over, there's plenty! :D

My first time making it, was surprised how good it was. Uses puréed roasted red peppers (from jar) instead of tomatoe sauce.

i always get a kick out of seeing how empty the plates look when you serve your meal (compared to pre-WLS) and how full that small amount of food makes you. :D

Korean BBQ beef 2.5 oz,  .75oz raw cabbage, 6" tortilla    I forgot to take a picture before I took a bite lol.  Looked prettier before I picked it up and smooshed it.   It might actually be a 4" tortilla, I'm not really sure......  I logged it as 6 though.

This started out as 3 oz of corned beef brisket and a half cup of cabbage. It looked so nice on my plate when I started, nice thin strips of corned beef, and just the right amount of cabbage to accompany it. It didn't occur to me to take a picture until I was down to the last few bites. ;)

The brisket was a complete impulse purchase. I bought and cooked it yesterday, got the serving I wanted, and declared it available for sandwiches.

4.5 oz chicken breast, 1.5oz red potato, 3.33 oz fresh green beans.    I didn't quite finish it all -  each pug got a bite of chicken and also like 6 beans (the female loooooves green beans!)

Not sure whether to call this "dunch" or "linner", but it's 3 oz of pork tenderloin cooked in the crock pot with green enchilada sauce and a side of Mt. Olive Petite Kosher Dills.

Lunch from yesterday. 2.5 oz of pork loin cooked on the grill. I've always trimmed out the ribbon of fat, and that's what the missing notch was. And fresh green beans cooked with onions, garlic, and ham soup base.

:D Actually you need the recipe for the dressing! It's so yummy I just love it. Sometimes I use half the oil, other times I just follow the recipe because I eat such a little bit. Here you go!
