whats the opposite of NSV?

Looking in the mirror and seeing saggy man titties. Can't lift weights yet to try and bulk up the chest. Any suggestion's on what workout to do when I can?

I don't have time to lift weights but I do pushups, they help but don't solve the problem.

Don't know that there is a non surgical solution other than doing exercises that build up your pec muscles

Well hopefully once I can hit the gym I can fill then out with muscle.

1: STOP LOOKING IN THE MIRROR.

2:  Wear a compression shirt underneath they help immensely.

 

FWIW I don't have that issue but if I ever got down to a "normal" BMI I suspect I would.

My biggest concern is my up coming vacation. I'll be spending the entire week in the pool / ocean. Just don't want to have to wear a shirt the whole time :D
