All I have to say, Mike, is WOW. You went from 411 lbs. to 245 lbs. in 10 months?!?!!!  Wow.
You should be very, very proud of yourself. Congratulations on a GREAT job!

I didn't realize you are Emmy's Mike! Your photo doesn't do justice to you, friend. You're even more handsome in person! Emmy and you make such a cute couple!
