Sorry Girlfriend,

I am busy searching for job openings right now at work...

Gotta get rid of this crappy job and start worrying about me, not how they will crumble without me! It's all about ME now girlfriend.. and that's pretty cool. Guess I am really moving on now. They don't want to get Insurance for me, so the hell with them!!! I can do so much better.. and I plan on it, so there I am looking up jobs, a little anxious about starting all over again, but still excited too. My boss is not very happy, but what can I do?? I'm tired of just doing what everyone else wants me to do.. I've gotta do what I want and need to do. Anyone know of any good jobs in the North County area please let me know. Thanks..

Ok guys I'm scared. Today I'm 6 weeks out and I just got the craving for a soda. I haven't had one since a month before surgery. What have you guys done to get through this? I work in an office where my boss has free sodas in the fridge and you can have what you when you want. I'm not going to give in but I really need some support today to get through this one. Thanks for all the help.

XO

Smile Tonya/Bridget

Tonya,

Say no to soda.. I accidentally had carbonation at about 3 months out and lemme tell ya it HURTS!!! LOL It was an accident, which I have yet to repeat and don't plan on doing so. I do a lot of crystal light stuff to make me feel like I am still having variety in my life. I had the craving in the beginning of summer when it was really hot (the couple days it actually got over 100) and I am so glad I didn't give in. Hang in there girlfriend you'll do fine. It's that dang brain playin tricks on ya.. Love ya girl

Bridget,

Thanks girlfriend.. for having my back. I'm really sick of being a doormat here at work and feeling unappreciated. I do EVERYTHING here and yet, one small task doesn't get completed or forgotten about and all hell breaks loose.. well, excuse me but I'm human afterall. Geeez I tell ya... some people. I work several hours of overtime a week and it seems like they wait til I am just about to walk out the door and I hear "oh before you leave.. you need to do such and such for me" First of all... I'M OFF JERKS!!! Secondly, that's not the way to ASK for something. I never get paid overtime as I am on salary, so all the meetings I have to attend after work and whatnot are all on me.. they just expect me to be their doormat and for many years I allowed this, but guess what.. I'm not a door mat!! I am a human being and now I feel I have the power to confront them and tell them that. This surgery has been amazing that way, I no longer feel like an invisible person. I feel as if the world is mine to conquer now and I plan on doing just that. I'm back in school now and feeling more confident in myself to find a better job that I can get benefits from and respect as well.

Sorry just had to vent for a mintue.. I'm so done with this place!!!!
