Thanks Guys for the birthday wishes! I could use them. I am still trying to get the protein in. I actually came here right now to ask this really crazy question....

I was able to eat a few bits of mashed potatoes today and hid the protein in that..WOOHOOO It is a start for me. Not enough but I am working on it.

Then I just read someone elses post about a darn grilled cheese sandwich and I was wondering if I cooked it up real good and chewed it to death if I could have a bit or two? I know Bridget stated it has no nutriton value but I am just trying to eat something. Anyone?

Cheese has protein, but also has oil. Chew to the Jeopardy tune and don't swallow until you finish the tune in your head. The bread may not agree, but you've got to eat something!

Thanks-I have eaten cheese before and have not had any issues but I seriously wonder about the bread...Scares me to death...I do chew very well but chickend out and opted to try bacon..I tolerate bacon pretty well..So I will gave safe for now....I have lived on SF popsicles for last 2 weeks and nothing else besides water. So I am trying to incorporate food.
