Karen's Going Away Party
Ok Guys..
It may be soon that Karen will be leaving us.  We need to plan some type of shin dig for Karen before she leaves.  only question is when Karen will be available and when everyone else will be as well.
Dang I am going to miss that girl.. but I know she'll be out here one day.. FOR SURE!!! Even though it will just be a visit. 
And of course I do plan on visiting her skinny little butt as well.. but lets put something together and show her how much we love her.. Any suggestions welcome.. thanks..

I'm not a planner girls, but somebody dang sure better let me know when this is gonna happen, or there's gonna be trouble in the ranks!!!! 
Just teasing, just had to get your attention! 
I really "am'nt" a party planner, but, if someone will tell me what to do, I'll do it with a smile... 
Of course, there will be tears underlying.... I really don't want our Karen to leave us, but, since Stacy is already gone, I suppooooose she's gonna want to go be with hiiiiiim!!!!

A suggestion
Something down by the beach... maybe bar b que or something! We can do it at La Jolla shores. they have free parking, a great playground and that's a pretty central location... what do you think?
Or we can go dancing.... I dont know what Karen would be up for.... the girl likes rock n roll ... or how about karaoke? i love karoake.. Im a watcher, not a do-er....... that's my 2 cents!

Say it isn't so!!
I'm in denial about Karen leaving... sniff sniff. Anyway, I totally want to be there for her going away party, so please, please, please plan it on a weekend, okay! I'd be happy to help with whatever you need, Bridget, just let me know. If we have it at the beach, I have a canopy tent that we can use (for those too white to be in the sun all day ) and tons of barbecue/picnic supplies.
My niece's birthday is at the beach on 8/28, so I'll be busy and using the canopy on that day, but other weekend days are still open.
