If we can't get the RV, I can fit 6 more adults in my SUV. Okay, the short people will have to sit in the third row seat, but shotgun and 2 nd row are comfy. The only question is where to sleep.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to join you guys. I'll be running my first 5K on 10/16 (Yippee!), so I can't go. It's too bad 'cuz my birthday's 10/11, and it would be a perfect celebration...

Working evenings sure puts a cramp in my WLS Buddies Social Time! I won't be able to make it to any other support groups, or any of your weekday adventures... sniff, sniff. It's okay though - I love my job, makin' more money, and got a fine-ass man at home, so I'll stop sniveling.

First off..

Christina, we need to find you another job. One that treaats you right and gives you the minimum bene's...i dunno

We can try to fly there, get a group discount if we have 10 or more, that would save us at least 10-11 hours.

Who here on this board works for an airline company?

I finally mentioned to my wife that I invited the entire thinnertimes group to stay at the house, and that it was actually being planned. She's all for it. She just wanted to know how far after her tummy tuck is it being planned for. LOL

We have the space for it too. Just be sure to bring sleeping bags or blankets, We have a sofa in the living room and a futon in the "office". Other than that, we have lots of floor space.

Bring it on!

Vegas is only 3 hours from my house and like, what, 2 hours from Melody. Squishing together like sardines is part of the fun. Hmmm, if we take the SUV, I'll need to tow a small trailer for the luggage and equipment. I have a Coleman camping air mattress, so it'll be home away from home.

Thanks Woody for letting all of us crash at your place. How far are you from the strip? Woohoo, what fun we'll have.

IF the traffic is normal, it takes us 20 minutes to get to the strip. The Sunset Station casino is about 3 minutes away, as the crow flies. Sam's Town is right down the street. We're close enough to casinos to get in trouble. LOL

Count me in Marie...... ya wanna share a hotel at Sams Town? Also my best girlfriend lives there.... I say we get like 3-4 rooms... crowd together and party like rock stars!
