Default Delightful fruity protein drink 24grams for about 200 calories

1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
3 frozen strawberries
1 big scoop of protein powder (Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein from "ON")
1 teaspoon of Glutamine (from "ON" don't know who that is really)
1 packet of Stevia
1/2 to 3/4 cup of cran water (made from 100% unsweetened cranberry juice and diluted with water)
4 or 5 ice cubes
a blender than blends! (Mine is dying, heck.)

Caution: Do not put in regular lidless cup and drive to work thinking it is going to remain upright in a too large cup holder.
Caution 2: Do not stick a wooden spoon (or other wooden implements in the blender while it is blending.

The good news is, it tastes like a fruity milkshake sort of (without milky things). Truth be known, I haven't tasted a milkshake in 10 years, what do I know from milkshakes? This thing is as milk shake as I'll get. I think Zone bars taste like candy too (the mint ones, yum). My mom thinks they taste like grated cardboard. What do I know from candy? I haven't eaten candy since the great malitol disaster of 2005!

This sounds yummy - like a smoothie bore than a milkshake. But what is glutamine? You don't find the sugars from the fruit and cranberry juice to be bothersome?

I love cranberry juice, I drink it all the time. But it's so sweet, even diluted, that it's probably something I'll give up post-surgery since I'll be too chicken to try it lol. Walmart has a cranberry flavored store brand Crystal Lite copycat but it's not the same.
