Default The Bear's book is officially available!

Hi gang!

I know it has been a while, but man life after Gastric Bypass is insanely busy. The good news is I FINALLY finished my book. If you are interested in purchasing a signed copy check out my webpage at Jeffrey Preston. It is also purchasable at Amazon.com, Borders etc. Any book store can order it, but for the signed copy you will need to go through me or my publisher. The publisher is already hounding me for a sequel! I feel like Sally Field accepting her award, "You like me.. you really like me!" =)

I have been busier than a one armed paper hanger... It has been two years since surgery. Life is good. I landed at 229 and float between 230 and 240. It just depends on the day of the week, the way the wind is blowing, and the amount of salt I had that day? You people who watch your weight like hawks know what I mean.

People recently have started telling me I look even thinner. I tell them to tell my scale that. haha! I am really happy with where I am. Wait.. heck no.. Let's be honest. I would rather have my weight float between 220 and 230, but alas, the body does what it wants. I am still amazed I can maintain this size on such little food, but if you saw me you would say, "You don't need to lose any more weight..." (And I would slip you two dollars) *wink*

The doctor thinks I look great and am doing great. So that is good.

Let's see what else. Oh even if you don't buy a book, be sure to check out the cover on my website. Dave, my partner, designed it and did all the art work. I think it came out extraordinary!

I have to close for now. You know I love you guys TONS! Pun Intended!

Jeff (aka Bigbearjeff)

PS Buy a book. =)
