Default Drank my first protein drink..........

So, I had a wonderful salad for lunch with a packet of tuna and a little mayo. It was delish. I came home from work and was starving so i tried one of my Chike shakes. I opted for banana. I used about 5oz of milk and a cup of ice. I put it in the blender and it quadripled in size....it made two big glasses!!! I drank them both and am now stuffed beyond belief. Oh, I also added about 2oz of orange juice. (this was a half serving sample size...i cant imagine an whole serving and 1/10 a stomach)

Anyway, I thought it was pretty darned good. Maybe a little healthier than my pumpkin pie, too.

I think the Chike banana is pretty good. I actually use half a serving when I make shakes with Chike. Their serving size is two scoops, which has 28 grams of protein, but I use one scoop, so it's 14 grams. Plus one cup of skim milk, for a total of 22 grams. I think it tastes too strong or something if I use two scoops, plus it's 95 calories a scoop, so if I put two scoops in a cup of milk, that's more calories than I want in a shake.

Glad you liked it. It can be hard to find stuff you like, sometimes.

Kelly

My favorite is the Chike Strawberry Blast. Glad you found something you like. The only bad thing about Chike is that it is expensive.
