If you are going to get one, pre paid is the way to go. They also have them where you can set restrictions on who they can call and text, etc.
I believe if they are responsible, then it's okay, but once they abuse it, fun time is over. Of course, that's kinda why I like the prepaid idea.
BTW, my daughter is 7 and wanted one for her birthday! NO WAY!! That is too young!!!
