Stacy,

Check out vitalady for samples sized baggies: Vitalady.com - Protein Supplements, Vitamins & Minerals, and Safe Snacks!

All are in a good form for us. Syntrax Nectar is a favourite of mine.

Chike seems to be liked by some of our members too: Chike Nutrition - Best Tasting Meal Replacement Shake. Guaranteed. Pour, Shake, Drink & Go! You can get free samples with $6.95 for shipping.

i would drink the atkins ones generally pre-op(now i cant stand them) and they would work with me as long as i had a little snack like celery with peanut butter. but be advised i work a weird schedule so i am up at 3 am. i would drink the shake at 5am then have my snack at 9am or so

Now post op i have to be carefull...i can drink a isopure and not want to eat till dinner so i spread out the drink over a whole day

good luck
