I wonder if I would have been better off to eat one of the protein shakes instead?

By the way, I order the sames from the Celebrate people---actaully, they were free...and it included all the Chike flavors (that i DID actually order as well.) I just wrote them Friday or Saturday and I already got them today and there wasnt even a charge for shipping. That makes me want to order from them for now on. That is awesome customer service if you ask me.
Somewhere I saw a recipe for pumpkin pie flavored protein shake. I don't remember where I saw it, though. I'm pretty sure it was here on TT somewhere. Maybe in the thread on the long term post op section where people were doing the five day pouch test together? Might want to check it out.

Celebrate has EXCELLENT customer service. If you ever have any questions or problems, you can email them and Vic, who is the CEO, will answer you himself. Or you can call and speak to him on the phone. I use their ENS and had a question about the calcium in it and he got right back to me and explained everything really well. I think they have great products too, or I wouldn't use them, but the biggest reason I use them really is the customer service. I just think that's really important.

What about some sugar free creamers? I do SF Vanilla. It's pretty delicious and it only has like 35 cals... not too shabby. Then I throw in a pack of splenda. Yummos.

And the not drinking with meals DOES get easier. I do not miss it one bit. It was definitely the hardest thing for me pre op. But now if I so much as take a lil sip after eating, it just doesn't feel right.
