I think it's powdered peanut butter. Or maybe it's peanut butter flavored powder. I don't know if it's made from real peanut butter or not.

Powdered pb just add water. Lots less fat and calories.

They just press all the oil out of the nuts so it is powder. That is ALL it is. So it tastes EXACTLY like peanut butter because it's only peanuts but without the fat and a few tbs in your smoothie and YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
