LOL! You can use it as replacement for peanut butter. I just don't cause I the only thing I could think of to do with it is make a peanut butter and jelly sammich and I do not need to be eating that!

What about apples? Well, actually I'm not even sure how far down the road you gotta wait til you can munch on apples with PB..lol. I loved PB&J sandwiches but since I switched over to whole wheat bread during my 6 month diet thing, it tastes GROSS with wheat bread...gotta be on white for me to love it, so I've been without...however grilled cheese & ham sandwiches are yummo on wheat bread...

I went off on a tangent about bread. Smack me!

Yes, you could put it on apples. I think I was about ten weeks out before I could have apples, or any raw fruits and veggies.

I love rye and pumpernickel also, but not for PB and J ick!
but for grilled cheese, YUM!!!

I like the PB2 as well, however I added just a sprinkle of splenda to mine (when I mixed it to use as peanut butter) to give a little sweeter taste (I was a big JIFFY PB eater before surgery).
