I regularly watch youtube and have sourced alot of information from the vlogs about WLS. My favorite is allisonpacino, she is just fantastic, she has logged her WLS journey from the start - over a year, and she started off at 538lbs. Watching her vlogs has been extremely informative - she has a great personality and I find her very inspirational. So I check on her every week. Great cooking demonstrations; updates on her progress, grocery shopping trips and a lot more. She is very honest. Just love her.
