I have a friend living in Texas and he quit a month ago.

I suggested he put the money he would have spent in a jar and treat himself to something nice after a couple of months.

He was at a low point this afternoon and so wanted a ciggie (just over a month out) so I told him to count the money in his jar. $238.00!

He's decided he likes not smoking anymore!
