For what its worth, I could have written the exact same post 6 weeks out from my surgery. I wasn't eating quite as many carbs but I dropped 25lbs the first 3 weeks, then nothing at all for 3 weeks and I was tired as hell that entire time.
Don't worry, it gets better

Stalls are normal, and you're going to have them no matter what you do.
But are you getting enough protein? That doesn't look like that much. Not getting enough protein can interfere with weight loss.

I say ditch the oatmeal in the mornings and grab a protien shake. And ditch the baked pototes(sp). You honestly IMO are eating WAY to much carbs. My rule if its white I dont eat it. this includes cheese its(dam those monsters). Thats just my 1 1/2 cents worth.

ditto the above. stalls happen. your body has to adjust to where it has come. you need to cut the carbs and up up up the protein. your quantities look good. are you using dailyplate.com or something like it to track your protein/ cals in and cals. burned? Its really helpful. be realistic about your goals and progress. you've lost a lot already. patience...you'll get there.

I stalled once for almost 3 weeks, it is just part of the process. You body is fighting you and does't want to lose the battle for fat. The battle of the bldge they call it, but as long as your following the regime your going to win this battle once and for all.
Up your protein to a minimum of 65 - 100 grams a day, up your water intake to a minimum of 1.7 liters a day and do 30 minutes of exercise a day be that 10 minutes of walking X 3 or 30 minutes all at once.

I've not had my surgery yet, so I'm just basing this on past food plans I've done, ... more calories in the form of protein to help boost metabolism. It'll start up again for sure, not losing is very frustrating when you're doing every thing right.

Socal, by your stats, you appear to have lost 105lbs already. Had all these been lost since 09/16/09? If so, that`s a lot. Congratulations. You`ve done well, Girl. Celebrate that whilst you look at adjusting your eating plan and doing some exercise at least 3x a week? I feel that is essential since some of the tiredness you feel could be lethargy. If that is the case, then a walk will do you a lot of good. Darl, I`m proud of you for all the weight already lost. Big hugs.
