Highlandlass is on a distinguished road
Default

I'm in the same boat - 2 week stalled at 5 months post op. I know its normal but damned frustrating (isn't it everyone??) I'm being patient but like Socal I want to kick the scale right out of the house, and from what I've read about weighing in too often most of you would agree that I should do just that. Oh well, I'm sure the downward arc will start again soon, for all of us who are stalled. Good luck Socal!!!!
P.S. Increase the protein like others have said - doesn't seem like you are getting enough at all. Do you like the protein shakes? I'm really enjoying Max protein in Vanilla mixed with other flavours for variety.
