I tried looking at my local store and what i found was a mix of stuff and hasd too much sugar. The next best thing i could find was granola cereal. My yougart was missing granola and now i so want some. Do they sell just plain granola?

I make my own. I use instant Quaker Oats, sugar free DaVinci Vanilla Syrup, some sliced almonds, dried cranberries, some cinnamon and a little splenda. Spray a sheet pan with some Pam or just put down parchment paper/baking mat and bake it all in the oven at 350 for about 12-15 minutes. It's really good to add to my yogurt when I want a break from the Kashi stuff.

I make my own too. I don't have a sweet tooth though. This is the recipe but you can mess around with it any way you like:
1 cup oats, quick cook (I use jumbo stuff) - toasted
1/4 cup wheat germ - toasted
1/4 cup slivered almonds - toasted
Cool
1/4 cup packed raisins
1/2 cup dried Apricot halves
1/4 cup hulled sunflower seeds (no salt)
1 cup Kellogg's All-Bran Buds
Bag it in a ziploc or similar container.
Here are the stats:
Amount Per Serving - per 1/3 cup:

Check out the Bear Naked Granola products...comes in lots of flavors and most have low sugar - there's only 4 g of sugar in the Vanilla Almond Crunch. Bear Naked :: All Natural Whole Grain Granola and Trail Mix There are other similar brands ...I find these in the organic foods section at my grocery store.
