LOL... "a" whole new "one"... try a complete new one every couple months - right down to your socks and undies. Don't get too attached to any favorite article of clothing - unless you buy several sizes worth...I've done that with some of mine - something that just looks really good.
For the first year or two - it really helps to just buy a few articles of clothing to get you by for a week of laundry, and shop the discount or thrift stores...it will help save some. Also, it sounds funny, but i kept catching myself wasting money by not doing it - but buy on the small side. You'll be fitting them shortly. I'd forget half the time, or think that I'm done loosing for awhile...so I'd buy something that fit just right, or had a little room in it. Two or three weeks later it would be too big and look sloppy on me.
Also - remember that jeans stretch through the day while you're wearing them - so buy them a little snug.
It's a great ride - enjoy it!

I'm looking forward to being able to run a 5K in less than 30 minutes again. I'm also looking forward to flying over to see my sister who lives in England and not feeling like my seatbelt is too tight or that I'm invading my husbands space.
Most of all, I'm looking forward to being able to do so many physical activities with my children who are all so active.
Of course it would be a bonus to be able to fit into a nice pair of jeans that aren't plus size.

Oh so many things:
New clothes are a definite plus for me. I'll gladly spend money on fun clothes- especially lingerie and evening wear. I really miss being able to wear pretty things.
We used to go to the movies every few weeks but it has been so uncomfortable for me to squeeze into a seat for that long that I've been avoiding it for some time. A few of our favorite restaurants have chairs with arms too that cut into my hips.
We used to have season tickets to the ballet, but again, theatre seats.... Really looking forward to being able to sit down comfortably.
I miss being able to curl up with my feet under me.
I miss being able to run. I've completed 2 marathons in my life and 4 halves. I'm looking forward to running my 3rd full marathon. (I'm not fast, but I am dogged! hehe)
Pedicures... I've been too embarassed the last two years to go get a proper pedicure. I think that will be my reward to myself for getting to 299lbs. I have a long way to go, but I am really looking forward to it!

shopping is a big one... I've decided that I'll be at my goal when I can walk inside any trendy store at the mall, try stuff on, and have it all fit me. just need to lose a few more inches off my belly for that one I bought a bunch of sweaters at forever21 last weekend and they're all just a smudge too tight.
my other big motivator -- and I can't say that this is necessarily "healthy" -- is pissing off an ex :P

I look forward to going skiing without being embarrassed by putting my weight down, so the skis could be adjusted accordingly.
I look forward to horseback riding again!!! This is one thing I have wanted to do for so long, but there is no way I would subject a horse to my weight right now.
I look forward to having more energy, and walking my beautiful dog every day without feeling too exhausted, and having my knees, and ankles hurt from the weight being put down.
I look forward to being in pictures without making someone stand in front of me to block my fat body. I ESPECIALLY cannot wait to have pictures of my neice and I that I am proud of. I am proud of my neice... I want have pictures with her so I can show her years from now...
I look forward to getting on an airplane and not asking for an extender, or feeling SQUASHED by the seats. (I have a friend over in London that I keep saying I'll come visit, but I want to be able to go into clothing stores over there and actually fit in something, and she and I can go clothes shopping!!)
My main motivator....... I want to become a mother.... I know I was put on this earth to be a mother, and I feel that I can't be the best at the weight I am right now. I want to be the best that I can for my child/children, I don't want to be unhealthy for them.
