Default Lots Changed

Lots of things have changed but the biggest surprise was the voice. I have a booming baritone voice and the change was more bass notes, more breath support and much better tone. THIS IS THE VOICE I REMEMBER HAVING!

What has changed? A zillion things have changed, but what I enjoy most, aside from basic walking from here to way, way over there, is shopping and wearing heels. And wearing heels while shopping! Is it vanity to love the sound of your heels clicking while shopping?

Nearly 16 TEN pound bowling balls down... OMG, let me pinch myself!

I don't want to know how much I have left to lose -- I find it encouraging to see how far I've come!

I have this amazing sense of ACCOMPLISHMENT ... Loosing 150 lb enabled me to do things I have not dream of doing!

I can run for an hour.

I can do real push ups for 1.5-2 minutes non stop.

I can go from high to low push up, then to upward facing dog then downward facing dog without dropping my body on floor - yoga is amazing!

I've been going to Latin dance class and I am getting pretty good!

I am about to test for green belt in my martial art class.

I feel strong in my mind and in my body - who would've thought!

Did I mention sex? It is so much better and more fun and ... more sex

I crawled on the floor with the grandkids, walked up the stairs and was not winded, then bounced down them instead of coming down one step at a time like a baby, I walked the mall without sitting down to catch my breath, I crossed my. legs, also sat in a booth instead of asking for a table with chairs to push waaayyy back, I was able to get into my son's car without him having to back out of the parking spot to allow me more room, I kicked the soccer ball and ran after it with my eldest grandson and one other fun thing - I rode a bike to his soccer practice and he laughed and was so happy to see that it was me. Those are a few of the things I've been able to do - and I still see that there'll be lots more accomplishments in the future as I lose more and more and become more fit and healthy.

You are amazing, the thought of crossing my legs or sitting with something in my lap and not feeling like an air balloon in a booth will be wonderful. I also want to wear something besides mom pants with elastic waists and loose fitting clothes. Glad to hear that all of this happened for you.

MY ENTIRE LIFE CHANGED!

At almost 70, I am THIN, enjoy a whole new energy and work a full time job that I love, square dance regularly, strap the airplane seat belt on with a long flappy belt left hanging, feel good, look good, can run and play (was in a wheelchair for years), AM HAPPY!

It didn't solve some of my problems (everyone has them!), but it did change how I view those challenges.

Lots of good luck!
