You'll be fine! Just take it easy and don't get overwhelmed! It's tough when you've been away for awhile, but just try to ease back into it. Make sure you bring your food/snacks with you cause it will be very stressful if you don't. Drink plenty of water too! And, I don't know how long you get for your lunch break, but bring some sneakers with you and go out for a walk if you can...it will break up your day and make you feel so good when you are done.

Will you be able to get on TT from work or will you only be on in the evenings now?

Hope you have a great first day back!

Hi, The day will just fly by tomorrow and you'll be just fine. Do following the advice to take snacks and water along and try to move about as much as possible. Let us know how your first day back went. Sleep well tonight!

The water party sounds like a good idea but we are pretty darned far from each other - a whole country apart, and then some. I'll be waiting to hear how your day went. Don't forget to let me know!
