Thanks everyone! The pain was supposed to symbolize all the pain I've been through emotionally and pshyically in a 438lb body. If you compare the two...This was a walk in the park. Glad I did it. I've always been kinda chicken to get a tattoo, so it was a goal of mine.

I love it!! And, BTW, I think we may have been separated at birth. My mom's name was Susan; if I ever have a daughter, her name will be Lilly; and my first tattoo will be on my foot! You look AMAZING, btw!! Congrats!
