I'm down about 1.5 lbs this week to 197.6

Better than last week atleast when there was no change.

congrats DPaul. I'm down 1.4 lbs this week. We were traveling and staying at my parent's house and not exercising as much and eating a lot more than usual, so I'm glad to have lost that much.

I stayed the same at 177 but not complaining the size 10's I just bought are already lose and I can pull them down without unfastening them and they fit good last week

I'm down from 156 to 152, for a 4 lb loss last week.

Down 2.2 pounds this past week to put me at 250.4, which is pretty good for not going to the gym at all!!! Back to the grind today to try and get over that 250 hurdle this week.

Im down 2 pounds this week...but im still pre-op..=(

im hoping to get a date in august....(keeping my fingers crossed)
im 1 pound away from my dr. Goal of 265......but his schedule is full in july...

So well see what happends....=)
