Default that single great feeling

Well, as a couple of you probably know, since I came out of hospital on Sunday ive been feeling terrible and irritable.

This morning, I tried a shirt on that I was wearing on the day I met up wth my partner. It hasnt fit in 2 years, and now, well.....it does.

Obviously I appreciate that it's a case of mostly liquid weight loss right now, but im down from 367.5 down to 348 since I left hospital.

Even this little bit of success has made me feel great!
I dont even mind the needles now, so thats not too bad (heprin)

I remember you saying in the chat you couldn't wait to start shopping. Wait until you are giving away/throwing out bags and bags of clothes. That is an awesome feeling. I think I'm going to put my fat pants on now actually.

Woooohooo! Congrats! You'll have a lot more of these moments to look forward to, which will make the rough times fade away.
