I had been dreading the psych evaluation, but it was relatively painless. HAHA! No really, I just had to sit and answer some questions. And when I left, I had two new prescriptions. One to help me sleep better and the other is a higher dose of my current antidepressant. I am also going to see this particular psychiatrist on a regular basis for my depression. Today I feel like I took another step to a better me! Just had to share with those of you who took the time to share with me. Thank you all!

Thanks! And I talked to the surgeon's office and updated them with all of my appointment dates and times. They wanted me to let them know when I finished each task. Pretty "on it" I think and that is really cool.
