Default Post op foods

So, I have a booklet that has been rpetty good to me for the op, apart from foods after the op

I have this 1-2 days post-surgery

tea/coffee/clear juices and soup

I dont really get it, clear juices? and which types of soup? say if i make a french onion soup and blend it up and only use a small amount of onion, is this ok?

Most any clear type juice - no pulp - is ok as long as it's sugar free - like grape or apple juice. Soup would be broth - french onion soup broth would work, just avoid any solids. You should also be able to have sugar free jello and sugar free popsicles for the first couple days. Caffeine free tea was on my list but not coffee. Hope this helps!

sugar free jello was on my list also but keep in mind, you are only eatting minute amounts of this stuff and you won't even be hungry for it so don't buy a bunch. I was a total dufus and bought like 5 boxes of jello and didn't even make one

I took good ole Campbell's Chicken Noodle soup and I strained out the noodles and then added the can of water. Tasted a whole lot better to me than plain chicken broth.
