Way to go guys. I had the best week I've had for some time now dropping 5.2 pounds to take me below 200 (199.2)

Another week like that and I'll be overweight

Minus 2 lbs, so checking in at 230 and that's with a visit from Aunt Flo. Grand total 135 lbs lost for good in 9 months.

The scale read 180. this morning finally some movement that's a total of 4 lbs since 5/25/09 and size 12 are loose that was a long stall but I lost inches
