You guys(gals) are all doing great I lost for quite a few weeks, but think I must be building some muscle cuz- the scale isnt moving right now. Probably stress since my dad had a stoke early last week and I have been on the road with a 5 hours drive 4 times since. Unfortunelty, even if i dont "Eat" the food with stress, and just "think" about it, the weight stays.(no more snicker bar fantasies)

. Glad ou all are having a good loss. this week.. Any and all loses and maintaining are good things..I will try to be back on here and more supportive as time allows.
