i lost 2lbs in 2 weeks..im down to 268...

Im excited my DOC has my chart on his desk as of today, and i should expect a call in a couple of weeks ( he's on vac this week ) with a surgery date in aug...yayyyyy!!!!!

You guys(gals) are all doing great I lost for quite a few weeks, but think I must be building some muscle cuz- the scale isnt moving right now. Probably stress since my dad had a stoke early last week and I have been on the road with a 5 hours drive 4 times since. Unfortunelty, even if i dont "Eat" the food with stress, and just "think" about it, the weight stays.(no more snicker bar fantasies). Glad ou all are having a good loss. this week.. Any and all loses and maintaining are good things..I will try to be back on here and more supportive as time allows.

Just got back into town last night, so today is the first time I've been able to step on a scale in almost a week

I'm down 1 pound which I am very happy about!

Went up last week 2 pounds and this week I'm down those two and two more. Getting closer...19 pounds to goal! I just can't believe this. It's incredible.
