well I have been cramping a bit, went to the dr today and he did bloodwork and we do an ultrasound tomorrow morning, two weeks earlier than planned but he wants to make sure all is ok. I know this is too much information for some, but since I found out I was pregnant, I stopped the benefiber daily and the miralax once a week, and I have been paying dearly for it this past weekend. Dr said it was ok to do go back to the benefiber and use the miralax whenever I needed it. Also said that stool softner was ok to use daily too. I am hoping that all my cramping is just coming from the constipation and nothing else.
