Starts with your APRIL 1st weight. PRE or POST everyone is welcome to the APRIL CHALLENGE!!! I know alot of folks are on liquid diets or maybe on a 6 month supervised diet. I would like to start a month challenge so we can support each other and push each other to make our goals. It could be as little as 1lb or as big as you like. I would like everyone who would like to join the challenge to post their goal amount they would like to lose for the month. If you weigh once a month or 20x a month just be sure to come back and post your results. Please be sure to mention if you are Pre or Post WLS. I will keep a talley of everyone results. Anyone with a smiley face has met their goal and anyone with a sad face did not meet their goals this month. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO POST YOUR RESULTS. RESULTS WILL BE POSTED ON MAY 1ST WITH A NEW POSTING. IF YOU REACH YOUR GOAL BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH BE SURE TO POST IT ON THIS THREAD SO I CAN GIVE YOU YOUR SMILEY FACE

Hi! 3 weeks post op and would love to lose 16# during April. Hope it shouldn't be too hard since I can start exercising soon!

I'm almost 1 month post op and will lose 15 lbs by the end of April. Gonna jump on the elliptical right now.

My surgery is scheduled for Monday April 6th and my goal for the month of April is 25lbs.

Is that asking too much?

Even though I am still muddling my way through this web site not know thing ONE what to do
