Default Still stalling

Well it has been 5 weeks, and I have NOTHING to report. I have not lost a pound, I have not gained anything back either. *sigh*

I have not changed any of my eating habits at all. Still taking in the same amount of calories. I am hoping with the weather warming up here, i can get outside and step up the exercise a bit. I think that will help some.

Just feeling a bit discouraged at the moment!

PS Twilight the movie was a big disappointment

Can't speak to the movie because I didn't care enough to watch, but I can understand the stall. I'm stalling too. Everyone says it will pass, so hang in there. It will.

I finally got passed my stall by doing different exercises. Lost 3 lbs almost in 3-4 days because i was doing aerobic stuff vs cardio. So that may help. If you have a wii, get the jillian michaels game.. its awesome!

I am glad I found this post: I am currently in the middle of a two week stall and was getting a little worried; The only thing I have really changed was I am starting to get back into a bad habit of drinking sugar free ice tea daily; I know its bad but I was having a hard time with the water. I tell myself everyday to avoid it but the evil side of me takes over; LOL! I am very bad about checking the scale daily and when it doesn't move, I get very depressed; I am not ready to stop losing weight!!!

How is tea bad for you?? is it caffinated? I was told decaf was okay to drink as long as you are SF. I occasionally have a bottled SF tea and that has caffeine.. no bigggie. Stalls are totally life with wls. I wish i had been told how often they happen. I dont lose weight one week a month..I am sure you can figure out that.. and sometimes lose 1 lb or 5 lbs a week. .so random. Your doing great. Work the program and it will work!! strong believer.. just 3 1/2 months out!
