Talking Im moving again

Ok after about a week and a half of not loosing I am finally moving again. I stayed at 237 and now Im down to 234. I am so glad to be moving again, and I realized how important it is to keep a food diary. It lets me know where my down falls are and where I need improvement. I learned if you don't get your protein and calories then you are going to come to a stand still. I will say that I have to make myself write it all down. I also bought a food scale that really helps a lot. Anyway I am moving and wow how great that feels. YAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's awesome! Good for you. It sounds like you're learning a lot already. I know stalls are frustrating and even scary, but trust me, they will likely happen at least a couple more times for you. My loss seemed to stall every week. I'd stay the same for several days and then suddenly drop. Overall, I think my total loss happened at a nice rate, so I just had to stick to the basics and trust in my body. Keep up the awesome work!

Yes you did, and its because of you and other really helpfull people on here that I didn't freak out about it and I listened to your advice. Protein and pleanty of water is now first on my list every day. I hve also started learning how to be creative with FAGE. I was amazed at how much you can do with that stuff. Thanks.....
