Congrats everyone who is doing great. I lost just a pound this week. So those others who didn't do as well as they had hoped and myself "Know that this is only temporary" The pounds will come off if you keep doing what you know needs to be done.

I'm late checking in again due to the long weekend...went out of town and had a great time with our friends out east. Anyway, I'm down 1 lb this week. congrats to everyone on a superb job!
Deb...all I can say is Whooot Whooot!!! Great job, so glad to hear it!
Kel - keep up the hard work, your body will catch up to the changes soon and start showing it. Do you use a regular scale, or do you have one that measures fat/water/muscle? You can get one of the latter without spending a fortune. I think I paid around $30-$40 for mine, and really helps to see where the weight is at. I noticed you said your clothing is changing...just not the pounds.

Well funny story, her flight was supposed to be in at 0750 and I went and stayed in Air Force Lodging as my base is about 4 hours away. Well I was relaxing in my room at about an hour before touchdown and her plane actually came in early. So by the time I got there she was out front of the terminal waiting. I jumped out to help her with her bags, slipped on my butt in the ice and while throwing the bags in the back, she got a puzzled look on her face, and asked "Could you be an skinnier?" She only recognized me by my ears. Well that and the fact I was driving her expedition I guess.
