I like Stefan a lot... but I spent a few years in Europe and feel that his personality is like a lot of Europeans... he's very confident in himself and his abilities... I much prefer his personality over the weasel that is Hosea... *so* sick of his "gotta beat the Euro's" crap... STFU, Hosea!

The only one I'd be surprised to see pull out a win is Hosea... Once Carla started to rely on her classical french training, she's pulled up to the top of the class. And the woman is one Class act all the way. I love her personality SO MUCH- she's a riot!

And Fabio? Me likey likey He reminds me of one of my Italian boyfriends, Luigi.. hehe.. Luigi didn't speak English, I didn't speak Italian and we had one beautiful summer together.. Ahhh... memories I was 15 at the time and that was one heck of a summer.. *sigh*

My Fabio love grew leaps and bounds with that performance last evening.. what class he had to hide his broken hand, rather than play up the injury for sympathy votes!... He wanted that win for his food, pure and simple. Hosea would've tried to use it to sway the judges for sure..

I'm really looking forward to the finale, but I'm going to miss seeing Carla and Fabio...

Anyone else watch this while chatting online? (It'd have to be at the 10pm eastern time zone showing, but I always watch with a friend who lives in Atlanta Yes, I am a Top Chef/ Project Runway fanatic! lol)

I watch while chatting online quite often. ohhh girl and project runway is one of my all time favs.. although i have to say in the last season, some of the talent appeared to be lacking from previous seasons. I heard that they are not going to bring it back do you kow if there is any truth to it or not?
I did see where the top model show is coming back after this stint of top chef. i liked that one as well.
I totally get where you are coming from on Fabio... i have a gentleman friend who lives in Italy and i love speaking to him.. plans to fly there within the next year, and hopefully he will be this way before then. He has been with me on my weight loss journey and id love to share the end result over a nice walk on the beach. grins.

Project runway is on hold due to the lawsuit.. but the 'next' season is supposedly already filmed.. it's just a matter of who wins the lawsuit as to whether it'll be aired and what channel it'll be aired on.

You're in Iowa.. ummm.. call me silly, but what time zone are you in? LOL. I'd love to have more people to chat with during the show...

Too bad you're in the central time zone.. lol.. I love chatting while watching this show, though I have to admit... I've typed "STFU, Hosea" way too often lately! LOL
