150.4 today. I had gotten to 149.8 on Wed. and decided to go into maintainance mode. I gained 1/2 lb over the weekend. I plan on seeing what my body does now. I will continue to get on the scale daily to keep myself in check and watch things. If I gain more than a couple of lbs I will make adjustments. I'm very excited about this new part of my journey. See if I can maintain and see if I will lose some more.

I totally agree. Keep track of your weigh ins. I did and was able to see the patterns. My body was pretty consistant so when I got to a stall, I expected it and didn't get freaked out about it. I stalled every month for about 2 weeks and then would drop pretty good the other 1/2 the month. But seeing the pattern every month really helped.

well I gain 5 to 6 each week then lose it. I wish I could say I am doing what I am suppose to but I am not. So I have gained and lost the same 5 lbs each week forever now. Congrats to all of you. Including you Deb

I am down 3 lbs this week which brings me to 36lbs lost in 9 weeks. I currently am at 262.8lbs.

Down 2 pounds this week to 221. Hope to say goodbye to the 220's this next week.

I love when I go down to the next set of numbers, for examble 230's now im in the 20's and before long in the teens. Its like lil mini goals or victories.... but I'm just weird like that

Welp after hanging out at 178 for the last 2 weeks it broke and I went down to 177... 7 more pounds to goal....

I have done very well this week though I have eaten right and taken all of my vitamins exactly like I am suppose to ..I finally found some adult chewies at Target that work really well and dont have iron ...and an Omega 3 chewy I can handle.... Now I just need to get up to 1000 calories.. and I will be set... I think I did reach that Saturday ... we rode all day and stopped a few places for a drink.. and ate 2 times... it was an awesome day .. I am ready for summer ...
