Stuck at 152 again this week. Going on a three week stall. Getting a little discouraged here. This is my first stall since surgery. Am I done? I am 2 pounds away from my first goal. This can't be it!

My ankle is still swollen and I'm on crutches so I didn't make it to the scale this morning. Its probably best...if I were back over 200 I would've been hysterical. I'm just hoping that while I'm laid up with this sprained ankle I can still lose weight. I'm frightened I'm missing out on the best time of weight loss... :-(

Default twoot twoot!

All aboard for twoterville

Well, i will say that i had ballooned back up to 312 over the past 2 weeks. That time of the month and some other health issues. I struggled a lot these past weeks, went back to basics last week... and I shed.... 14 pounds last week!

Thank GOD, and feeling better about myself again. And.. i hit 298 Ummm seriously? under 300? That's been since at LEAST early high school days since that point. Still hoping to meat my 275 goal by my vacation end of april

Over the last two weeks I lost 5.6 lbs to put me at 390.4. The doctor said I should be losing at a rate of 6 lbs per week, but it's not really happening that fast...At least something is happening though...

Well I got really sick last week, so I had a great weight loss week but I would rather been healthy and broke it over two weeks. I am down to 246 from 253 last week. My trainer thinks it is likely because after Monday I didn't work out again all week, I think it was because I couldn't keep anything down. Eh whatever, 3 more pounds and I will have lost 200 pounds since surgery!

I think I missed posting last week, but I'm back down to 171 - so I've lost the 2-3lbs I'd gained a few weeks ago. I keep a chart on my loss, and it looks like I'm in one of my regular cycles and should start going down again soon. My new man and I had a rough patch this weekend, and I think I'm pretty proud of myself that I was able to fight those old urges to stick things in my mouth to feel better...or at least for the most part.

For those stalling, I would highly recommend keeping some kind of visual chart - it's really helped me deal with my mindset during stalls and those times that I gain a little. Actually, it's helpfull for anyone. I've kept mine since I started the pre-op program, but it could be started at any time.
