Deb--you look fantastic--I was blown away! I find using daily plate tracks my calories, fat, and protein for me. I started using it because my surgeon wants me to eat a certain amount of calories based on how far I am in the process and I was not getting enough. This has helped me keep on track and eat right.

Deborah!
What an accomplishment with proof to encourage you!
We all get the "hang" of how we are "supposed" to respond to our surgeries at varying times - seems you have reached your moment of understanding now! Congratulations and best wishes forward!
Chin up Darling and hope the "other" major problems resolve quickly in unison.
Cheers,
Vim

Deb, that's such an amazing difference! You have a nice waistline now, and the difference in your face is incredible. You have a lovely, striking bone structure and the weight loss shows it off.

And I'm happy to see that you're finally wearing clothes that fit, instead of the baggy ones.

I can relate to the snacking thing....I have a tough time resisting when I'm at work, probably because I'm bored silly. I normally "schedule" 2 snacks a day, mid-morning and mid-afternoon. I usually have a 1/4 cup of dry roasted edamame or a small piece of fruit.

I hope I can look as good as you do one year out. It's amazing. You look so much younger now. I've noticed that with a lot of people. I know you've been frustrated, but honestly, you look fabulous.
