Every morning I have a scoop of Unjury Unflavored (80 cal) in my iced tea and sometimes add a Special K protein powder (30 cal) for flavoring. Total 110 cal. If I have coffee, I add it to my coffee. And if drinking coffee and I want extra protein, I add powdered milk (80 cal). Total 160 cal. You can't taste it in those 2 things and it's very low cal that way.

Every morning, I have a scoop of vanilla protein powder, a shot of espresso, three or four tablespoons of my favorite sugar free flavored syrup, milk, and little ice, throw it on the Magic Bullet and yummo! I also sometimes use chocolate protein powder, but that kinda limits the syrup flavors. Some of my favorite combinations: chocolate powder and raspberry syrup, chocolate powder and peppermint syrup, vanilla powder and white chocolate syrup, and vanilla powder and gingerbread syrup. I get my syrups at World Market, Torani brand and they are awesome!

Both of those sound good, and Any Whey unflavored is my favorite (at the moment) protein powder. I've tried it with regular V-8 before, but didn't think about the Hot & Spicy kind, plus the add ins.
