Hello to all, it looks like this original thread is up to 50 pages and that is somehow the end of it ....So I guess this is the new Julie thread.

Julie, I've been reading along as you have improved and then fallen ill again. Many prayers and thoughts are coming your way, I hope you know that. You are a strong person with a great sense of humor who has had me chuckling out loud at my desk more than once.

August 6 - Finally approved!!!! Doing the happy dance
Nov. 11th - Date of Surgery!!!!
Jan. 8th - Down 35 lbs.
Feb. 10th - 3 months - down 48 lbs.
March 23rd - 4 1/2 months - down 63 lbs.
April 25th - Down 70 lbs.
June 11th - 7 month anniversary ...down 76 lbs.
July 23rd - A little slow going now ...down 80 lbs.
Sept - down approx. 85 lbs.

This ole gal is hangin in there ..still would like to lose another 30..

Don't give up and don't give in....I won't..

Thinking of you and picturing you struggling to get through the latest proceduers. Ugh.

Keep the fight, and do the best you can. And if you need a feeding tube, then I'd investigate that. I've heard some good things about it and it may help you in the short term weight and the long term effects of "wasting".
