*sigh*
I'm still 204... I don't even know what to say about this.. Can this really be it, for me? It's been *weeeeks* hovering at the 203 to 206 lbs now. I keep saying I have to learn to live with this weight, but I don't WANT to learn to live with it.. ugh.

181 today. Down 3 lbs. Misty, I worry every time I stall that that might be it. But it hasn't stopped yet. It's not it for you. I guarantee it. Keep at it and you'll see. Believe me.

Have you tried changing your diet or increasing your exercise?

168 this morning-- holding steady for another week. I would LOVE to be down 9 more pounds by Oct 21st (6 mo anniversary) that would be freaking awesome!

Yes on the diet... not so much on the exercise as due to my foot problem, my doc does not want me doing anything to aggravate it.. just normal everyday activities have caused it to throb this weekend.
Two more weeks, and I can join the gym where I'll have access to non-impact type exercise machines, like an eliptical rider and stationary bikes and a POOL.. if I can bring myself to put on a bathing suit.
This is just so frustrating as I've only lost 13 lbs since July 29th...two months.. but most of that was in Aug, not Sept.

Once you can get moving at the gym I bet you will see a difference. Don't give up!

226 today...down 2 lbs from last week, down 41 lbs since surgery, down 71 lbs total
I wish it had been more than 2 lbs, but I'll take it...plus I did have Aunt Flo visiting so I guess it could have been worse!

205 today - down 2 from last week. Although I'm *still* pretty much a scale whore and weigh every day, I am getting better - I only change my stats once a week now. I'm hoping for Onederland soon, but I don't think it will be for at least 3 more weeks...
