My 1st day in Vermont - ThinnerTimes

I had a great 1st day here in Vermont! We had so much fun.. Miss Kelly & Mr. Geof took me with them when they went to the jewelry store to pay for their rings.. and then we came back to their house for a while.. I posted about those before but we'll post more below. (Miss Kelly thinks she finally figured out how to get the pictures up here instead of sending everyone to her wedding blog.)

Then later, we went to a cornfield where Mr. Geof cut some cornstalks down that they'll use for their wedding decorations.. Mr. Geof is a lot of fun.. he and I got in trouble for singing the "Hiking Song" in the car too much.. Miss Kelly said I was full of piss & vinager, whatever that means!

After we cut the corn, we went for a drive and I got to see some really pretty foliage.. the leaves are so many different colors.. it was so cool!

Mr. Geof set me in the back of the car, but then noticed I was face down and so he flipped me over, as he was worried I might suffocate.

Mr. Geof was talkin' to himself here... I wasn't close enough to hear him though..

Miss Kelly was giggling like a little kid today. I think my being here really made her happy.

I was having fun waving.. Miss Kelly was making me laugh, though..

I think Geof is having too much fun with T-T.. we're laying in bed last night and he asks me if I put T-T to bed.. I said "I think he's still sitting up on the couch" and he says "we should make him a little bed of his own, for when he's staying here so he's comfy".. (this is a word for word quote, LOL)

We're going to take T-T shoe shopping... we also need to buy beverages for the wedding so we're headed to NH after we're awake some..

How are you going to find shoes small enough to fit T-T?

I tried to find T-T a bow tie before I sent him, but I know nothing on the subject and didn't even know where to look, and my dad doesn't know anything either...the one time I saw him wear a tie was on the cruise for my grandparents 50th Wedding Aniversary and my mom had to put it on him!

Lol, my DH and DS don't know how to do a tie either. Unless it's a wedding, funeral, or formal night on a cruise, they don't wear them. I'm always the one that ends up saving the day. Thank goodness that ties (for women) was in style when I was a teenager, and I learned to do it.
