Default Good News Bad News

Good News! Today I got a call from Castle Hospitals WLS Clinic. I am now scheduled for my consultation appt. with Dr. Fowler.

Bad News The first available appointment isn't until October 30th.

Good News! I have lost 8 pounds following the diet my wife was put on for gestational diabetes

Bad news My diabetes is totally out of whack. We're talking highs of 498 and the lowest count was 275. My Dr. has adjusted my med and I gotta give the meds a few days to work but man, I feel like CRAP!!!

Good News. I'm now 1 step closer to WLS. I'm really excited and although I'm sure there will be times that I get scared outta my mind about the thought of such a drastic change to my life it beats becoming worm food.

I would call the doc's office once a week to see if someone couldn't make their appt and then maybe you could take it. If not Oct 30th will be here before you know it. Keep us posted on what they say.
