Default Mmmm Milk....

I'm on my milk diet, and I'm doing great! Only thing is, I am already bored of it! Do any of you have suggestions of what I can get to make it taste better? I can have sugar free stuff but I'm not very familiar with products that I can add to it at the time. Do any of you have things you tried? I'm only supposed to be on milk, crystal light, diet soda and diet drinks but no protein shakes, I'm not fully sure why yet. I was weighed at the docs yesterday and I've lost five pounds..and it has only been a few days!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

MONEY IN THE BANK TO DATE......$3920
This is the running amount of money saved by not having to spend so much eating out. Number based on spending $20 a day on food. And that very conservative!!!

No, I am a few weeks out. It is part of my pre-op. I do have to admit I see why she is doing it. I'm just glad I am mentally prepared to handle it. So far I haven't been hungry at least but I want to eat. So as of right now..food is the enemy...lol

You are the first one I've heard of being on a milk diet. Why can you not have protein drinks? I guess every plan is different. I hope you find some suggestions that you can use. GOOD LUCK!!

Greetings Mandalgirl.
Does it have to be cow's milk? I finally tried the low fat soy milk and was surprised I really liked it....sort of nutty tasting, a nice change of pace from cow's milk. I figured it would be weird, really 'soy' tasting-but it wasn't.
