Default My first wow moment, two month check up

Wow where do I start. Saw my surgeon today for the first since my stitches came out, I am down 90 pounds. Well actually I am down 40.7 KG's I am in Germany after all. It is my wow moment because for 3 years now I have been working out on the dang eliptical trying to slim down, well I can do an hour a day, I just always overate the loss. Ok here is the wow moment, I always have to put 350 in the machine for weight because that is the max and I always exceeded it. Well tomorrow morning when I mount the beast, and I put 350 on it, IT WILL BE MY ACTUAL WEIGHT!!!!

Yeah,

Thanks, it is crazy, I thought I was daring to dream too big when I thought I might lose like 60 before this appointment, BUT in order to lose that much you have to have that much extra to lose. My surgeon was very happy, I don't know if they do this everywhere or not, they hooked me up to a machine that gives them "measurements" is how they say it in english, it tells them how much muscle mass, bmi, weight from fat, weight from water etc. Well that is what made the surgeon happy was the stats, I haven't lost muscle mass, and he said approx 80% of my weight loss was from fat, the other from water weight. Now, I have no idea how accurate this machine could be, I mean they stuck like three prongs on me two on my hand and one one my foot I believe. But they did it the day before surgery and of course today to get the comparison, so has anyone else out there had that done too? I don't know, they may do it everywhere I guess. Anyways, thanks for the kind words!
