You WILL dehydrate extremely quickly post-op.


Take that from someone who's experienced it first-hand twice!

That "head hunger" will drive you insane for the first few weeks after pre-op (and you might start obsessively watching the Food Network even though you never watched it before!), but it will go away!

That your tastes (and sense of smell) really will change after surgery...

That, yes, you, too, fat-and-sweaty person, will become one of those annoying people who is always cold, even though you think such a thing is impossible...
